Terms of use
Conditions for reading the transport pages and preparing a journey enquiry; actual services are agreed separately.
1. The passenger transport publication
This publication identifies TRANSPONTEIO TRANSPORTES E SERVICOS S.A., CNPJ 22.253.389/0001-10, at RUA LENINE LUEDY, 48, BELVEDERE, PEDRA AZUL - MG, 39970-000, Brazil. It introduces the Transponteio transport activity and provides a local email-draft facility. Website use is covered by these conditions, while an actual journey is governed by its separately confirmed agreement and applicable obligations. A visitor should establish which party will perform a proposed service before accepting its terms. The public location identifies the company; it does not determine whether a particular route can be operated.
2. Understand the two service routes
The employee-transport pages concern recurring journeys associated with workplaces and shifts. The group-travel pages concern a shared itinerary for a visit, event or leisure trip. These explanations help organise a request and are not a fixed timetable or a promise of capacity. Selecting a category does not secure a service. Read the detail page in full and compare it with the requirements of the actual journey, especially dates, boarding areas, passenger numbers and return arrangements.
3. A local enquiry is not a booking
The contact tool validates your input and displays a message preview inside the browser. An optional link can then open your email application. You choose whether to send that draft. Neither action confirms that the address received a message, that a quotation was issued or that a departure was reserved. Where the timing matters, establish an acknowledgement and obtain the actual service confirmation. This site has no ticket checkout, payment processor or online booking acceptance control.
4. Describe a route accurately
The origin, destination, dates and expected group size should reflect the journey being discussed. Distinguish an approximate plan from a confirmed requirement and explain changes in a later conversation. Do not submit private passenger records merely to obtain an initial response. Where someone is arranging transport for an organisation or group, that person should be clear about their role and authority. A brief route description is preferable to unnecessary identity documents or detailed information about other travellers.
5. Read the actual quotation
For a proposed service, establish the itinerary, vehicle requirements, parties, dates, price and included arrangements. Ask how parking, tolls, waiting time, intermediate stops or a changed return journey will be treated. Those details can materially affect the service and should not be inferred from a general web page. A quotation may specify conditions particular to that journey. These browsing terms do not amend an accepted quotation, replace a transport contract or override a mandatory obligation associated with a binding representation.
6. Journey requirements need confirmation
Passenger numbers, luggage and mobility requirements influence a travel plan. Explain the practical needs before committing, then confirm the arrangements included in the actual proposal. A vehicle photograph cannot establish seating, accessibility or the configuration available for your date. General planning notes are not assurances that every request can be accommodated. The party undertaking the service should clarify the vehicle and operational requirements relevant to the journey, including any conditions a passenger or organiser needs to understand.
7. Prices and payment arrangements
No fare or trip price is displayed in this publication. A journey-specific charge belongs in the separate proposal, with a clear currency label and an explanation of relevant inclusions. Clarify payment recipient, timing and any agreed advance before transferring funds. The local draft facility cannot take a deposit or validate a payment request. A domain name or prepared message alone is not evidence that a bank account belongs to the contracting operator. Keep the actual offer and transaction records.
8. Photographs of transport activity
The branded-coach images were drawn from Transponteio’s own public gallery. They illustrate the business context and do not constitute a current vehicle-allocation record. Their visible configuration should not be treated as a specification for a later service. There are no invented journey statistics or customer endorsements in this publication. Where an image or description affects an important decision, ask for the information about the vehicle and service actually proposed. Responsibilities associated with an inaccurate representation remain subject to the facts and applicable law.
9. Using and retaining the pages
You may read the travel information and retain relevant pages for considering a service. Photography, trademarks, written material and software can have separate rights holders. A booking enquiry does not grant permission to republish the gallery, remove attribution or present another party’s identity as your own. Explicit font licences are linked in the footer and apply to those resources. Any broader reuse needs the appropriate permission, except where an applicable legal exception allows it.
10. Protect the enquiry channel
Use the pages for legitimate browsing and transport questions. Do not send malicious code, impersonate a passenger or organiser, or attempt to obtain private records. Normal accessibility tools remain appropriate. If a technical fault prevents you from reviewing information, identify the affected URL and describe what occurred without exposing sensitive data. If you discover a potential security issue, report enough information to understand it without retrieving other visitors’ records or disrupting the service.
11. Infrastructure and interruptions
Hosting, network delivery and your browser all contribute to access. A page can fail to load or an email application can fail to open without any request reaching the operator. This publication does not provide an emergency dispatch function or guarantee a response within a particular interval. For a confirmed service, use the contact arrangements supplied in its agreement when an operational issue arises. Technical availability does not alter responsibilities already created by the relevant contract or law.
12. The agreement and protected rights
A transport contract, applicable consumer protections and other mandatory rules govern responsibility for the actual service. These website conditions do not exclude a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse misleading information or cancel a commitment already accepted. A general planning suggestion should be distinguished from a specific undertaking made about your itinerary. Preserve the description, correspondence and payment evidence relevant to a concern so that the issue can be considered against the facts.
13. Changes and questions about these conditions
The date on this page identifies the published version. A later update to travel descriptions or website functions does not automatically modify a previous contract. Direct a publication question or correction through the Contact page and identify the relevant section. If a journey-related matter remains unresolved, explain which requirement or undertaking is disputed and retain the relevant records. Available regulatory, consumer or dispute-resolution routes remain open under the law that applies to the circumstances.
