Planning guide

A little preparation.
A clearer journey.

Start with the arrival.

A journey usually has an important arrival time: a shift, an event or a visit. Consider that requirement alongside the boarding areas and the planned destination. The appropriate departure window should be established for the actual route.

Plan for the people travelling.

Approximate passenger numbers help define the request. Explain any luggage or mobility requirements before agreeing arrangements, rather than relying on a photograph to establish vehicle suitability. Keep personal passenger records out of an initial general enquiry.

Keep the return in view.

An outward journey and its return are connected. Consider how long the group will remain at the destination, any intermediate stops and whether the return uses the same boarding points. A recurring employee service also needs attention to shift changes.

Confirm the practical agreement.

Check the itinerary, dates, inclusions, payment conditions and how changes should be handled. A quotation is the place to clarify the specific vehicle requirements and operational details for that service.
